3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

The Administrator processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:
  1. Execution of the contract for providing electronic services (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
  2. Handling complaints submitted by Users (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
  3. Website traffic analysis and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

4. Data Retention Period

Personal data will be stored for the following periods:
  1. For the duration of the contract – for the time of its execution and until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the contract.
  2. For handling complaints – for the time necessary to complete the complaint process and until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the contract on which the complaint is based.
  3. For analysis and statistics – until the User objects to such processing.

5. Data Recipients

Personal data of Users may be shared with the following recipients:
  1. Entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, such as IT service providers or marketing agencies.
  2. Entities authorized to access data under applicable law, such as law enforcement authorities or courts.

Within the Service, Users’ personal data may be processed in an automated manner; however, automated decisions only apply to cases that do not significantly affect Users. Decisions regarding complaints are always made by authorized persons.
