Rules and privacy
Claim rules
These rules cover use of the Meester Group claim form and contact with support. They are not a product warranty document.
Using the form
The form is free and requires no account. You need an up-to-date browser, an internet connection and support for the essential session cookie. You can leave before submitting by closing the page. Submitted claims are saved and assigned an on-screen number.
Submit only relevant materials you are entitled to provide. Do not submit unlawful content, executable files or unnecessary third-party data. Attachment formats and limits are shown in the form. Report problems with the service to reklamacje@meestergroup.eu.
How to submit a claim
1. Choose the brand, enter the product name and defect date, and describe the problem.
2. Enter your full name and email. Attach proof of purchase and photos or videos of the defect.
3. After submitting, save the claim number shown on screen and use it when contacting support.
Stop using the product if the defect may affect safety. Arrange any product shipment with support first.
You may also submit a claim by email. If you have no proof-of-purchase file or photos, contact support and provide another way to demonstrate the purchase or describe the defect. A receipt is not the only acceptable proof of purchase.
Your rights
The form facilitates contact and does not limit statutory rights against the seller or replace warranty terms. No marketing consent or waiver of rights is required to report a defect. Warranty scope and conditions depend on the product and warranty document.
Consumer claims are subject to applicable law, including a 14-day response deadline where Polish law applies unless specific provisions state otherwise. This is not automatically the deadline for completing a repair. Statutory claims against the seller and rights under a warranty are separate legal routes.
