Frequently asked questions

How can I submit a claim?

Complete the form on this page or email reklamacje@meestergroup.eu. Describe the defect and attach any available purchase and defect documentation. After submitting the form, save the claim number shown on screen.

How long will I wait for a response?

For consumer claims governed by Polish law, the response deadline is generally 14 days from receipt unless specific provisions state otherwise. This is the deadline for responding to the claim, not automatically for completing a repair.

Do I need to send the whole product or only the damaged part?

The solution depends on the defect. After reviewing the description and documentation, support will provide further instructions. Before shipping, agree with us what to send and to which address.

Can I report a claim by phone?

By phone, we can explain how to report a claim and help with an existing case. The form or email is the most convenient way to provide a defect description and documents for detailed review. This does not limit statutory ways of making a claim.

What should a claim include?

Provide your full name, email, product brand and name, defect date and description, requested solution and bank account number. Attach proof of purchase and defect photos or videos. Phone, address and additional information are optional. If required files are unavailable, email support.

Do I have to use the claim form?

No. You can also email your claim to reklamacje@meestergroup.eu. The form helps collect the details and assigns a claim number. When sending a product for service, quote the existing case number and follow support instructions.

Who pays for shipping a product for service?

For consumer claims based on a product’s lack of conformity with the contract, the seller bears collection and transport costs. Warranty claims are governed by the applicable law and warranty terms. Arrange how to deliver the product with support before shipping.

Do you offer paid repairs after the warranty expires?

We do not offer paid out-of-warranty repairs. Expiry of a warranty does not by itself determine your other rights against the seller; these depend on applicable law and the circumstances of purchase.

Will a technician visit to repair my chair or desk?

We do not provide on-site servicing. After receiving your claim, support will advise on the next steps appropriate to the defect.
